Ryan Lotsberg is an instructional designer with experience in online course creation, writing, video editing, graphic design, and website building. He has a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree from the University of Alberta with a major in English and a minor in Physical Education, and a Professional Certificate in Instructional Design from Emeritus.  Lotsberg also has nearly twenty years of experience in customer service, retail sales, and retail management.
